We collect your import containers from DP World, Patrick and Hutchison at Port Botany and deliver them to your door, then return the empty to the nominated park. For exports, we deliver the empty, wait or drop, and lodge the full container back at the terminal before the cut-off.

How Port Botany container cartage works
Every container movement at Port Botany runs on a Vehicle Booking System (VBS) slot. Once your container is released by the shipping line and customs, we book a slot, collect the box and deliver it on the day that suits your receiving team.
What we need from you
- Container number and size (20’ or 40’, general purpose, high cube, reefer, flat rack or open top)
- Delivery order or release confirmation from your forwarder or customs broker
- Delivery address, site contact and any access restrictions
- The empty return details (park and date), if known
Import and export
For imports we watch the vessel ETA and storage free time so your container is collected before port storage charges start. For exports we coordinate the empty release, packing time at your site and the terminal receival window.

Every job gets a reference you can follow on our tracking page or in the client portal, with status updates from booking through to empty return and proof of delivery.
