If your site is not ready, we can collect the container from the port before storage charges start and hold it until you are. When you are finished, we return the empty to the park nominated by the shipping line.
Who it’s for
- Importers whose site is not ready on arrival
- Businesses with limited yard space
- Freight forwarders managing multiple containers

- 2

Container moved to storage.
- 3
Deliver
Delivered when you are ready.
- 4
Dehire

Avoid port storage and detention charges
Port storage starts once the terminal’s free time ends. Detention is charged by the shipping line if the empty is not returned by the agreed date. Both can add up quickly.
Container storage
We can collect a container from the terminal and hold it at a yard until you are ready to receive it. Storage is charged per day and quoted up front.
Empty dehire
We return empty containers to the empty park nominated on the release. Some parks require their own booking slots — we manage that for you.
What affects the price
- Number of storage days
- Container size
- Lift on / lift off charges
- Empty park location and slot fees
Equipment used
- Sideloaders and skel trailers
- Access to container storage yards
